This 60-minute lecture examines the spirit from its humble beginnings, through Prohibition and the booming bourbon industry today, including a look at Texas’ emerging bourbon distillers. Participants will also be instructed in various tasting and nosing techniques. Limited to 15 participants. Ages 21+ only.
