Located at the heart of downtown Victoria, the historic O'Connor-Proctor Building was designed in 1895 by architect Paul Helwig. This beautiful Romanesque Revival structure is the perfect backdrop for wedding and baby showers, rehearsal dinners and business meetings. The O'Connor-Proctor Building has served as the headquarters for the Junior League of Victoria since 1984.
